If a customer hasn’t opted for Assembly Service while placing the order, 2 SMS will be sent to the customer on his shipping mobile number (post 1st day and 4th day of delivery of the product).On cancellation, refund, if applicable, will be credited into FirstCry Cash Refund section. If post 3 consecutive attempts on 3 different days, the appointment isn't fixed, FirstCry will hold all the right to cancel the Assembly Service, therefore, please ensure to enter correct contact details.FirstCry Techician will call on the shipping mobile number given by the customer. Scheduling of Assembly Service appointment will happen within maximum of 48 hours after the order gets delivered.
Timing for Assembly Service / Technician visit is between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (excluding Sundays and Regional / National Holidays) depending upon available slot.You just need to enter your pin code, on the product details page to check Assembly Service availabililty in your area / pin code.
